Education is the foundation of a strong and progressive society.
It gives me immense pleasure and satisfaction to announce that we are launching our district-level website. I hope this platform will provide us with an opportunity to share and highlight our activities, experiences, and expertise.
As the District Education Officer (Male) for Lower Chitral, I am deeply committed to ensuring that every child in our district has access to quality education in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. My role is not only administrative but also visionary — to lead, facilitate, and monitor the continuous improvement of our educational institutions.
We are working closely with school heads, teachers, and community members to address challenges such as teacher availability, student enrollment, school infrastructure, and curriculum development and implementation. Special attention is being given to the professional development of teachers, the promotion of science and technology education, and the improvement of learning outcomes at all levels.
Together, with dedication and community support, we can uplift the standard of education in Lower Chitral and open new doors of opportunity for our youth. I invite all citizens, educators, and organizations to join hands with us in this noble cause.

As the District Education Officer (Female), I am honored to serve the students, teachers, and schools of Chitral Lower. My mission is to strengthen our education system particularly for girls and to ensure that every child, regardless of gender or background, has access to the opportunities they deserve.
Chitral Lower is a region rich in culture and potential. While we face unique challenges, we also possess immense promise. By working closely with school leaders, dedicated teachers, and our resilient communities, we are striving to improve access to quality education, reduce dropout rates, and foster safe, inclusive learning environments.
Girls’ education remains a top priority. We firmly believe that educated girls grow into empowered women who contribute meaningfully to their families, communities, and society at large. To this end, we are investing in school infrastructure, teacher development, and student support services to enhance educational outcomes for all.
I urge parents, educators, civil society members, and local leaders to join us in this vital mission. Together, we can build a future in which every child in Chitral Lower especially every girl has the chance to learn, grow, and lead.
